To earn incentives from the American Express Golf Retirement Plus Sponsor Program, you must complete the annual American Express enrollment form and meet the following criteria:

1. Have an open Golf Retirement Plus account.
2. Accept American Express® Cards at your facility. To begin accepting American Express Cards, call (888) 879-2639 or visit americanexpress.com/accept.

Be sure to have your American Express Merchant Account Number available prior to accessing the form. Your Merchant Account Number is located on your American Express Merchant Statement.

After you complete the required enrollment form, you will then have the opportunity to earn .04% of your facility's American Express Card charge volume for your Golf Retirement Plus account annually.

Enrollment will only remain open until June 30, 2013, so enroll TODAY!

PGA Golf Enterprises, Inc. requires that a signed Facility Authorization Agreement be on file annually at The PGA in order for your Golf Retirement Plus incentives to be deposited in your retirement account.
