Million Dollar Challenge!

Mr. Steve Sponder of Global Golf Sales, and Mr. Rich Smith, Executive Director/CEO of the North Florida PGA are pleased to announce that the 2013 Global Golf Sales NFPGA Major Championship schedule now includes a chance for ALL participants to win $1,000,000, regardless of finish in any of the events. This will be the first year of hopefully many for the Global Golf Sales North Florida PGA Million Dollar Challenge, which will conclude with a party at the end of the second round of the Section Championship at Hammock Beach Resort’s famous Ocean Course. You must participate in all Section Designated Major Championships (4) for 2013 to be eligible. Qualifying participants, regardless of how many, will have a shot at a Million Bucks on September 25. All eligible players will also share in a $10,000 Global Golf Purse at our Section Championship Challenge at Hammock Beach Resort that day. EVERYBODY WINS!

The North Florida Section is proud to announce that we are uniting with Reunion Resort as our new Homesite! This collaboration has been in the making for some time and it is now final today, April 26! We are looking forward to our new relationship to grow the game and promote wellness! The Salamander Hotel & Resorts along with the ANNIKA Academy will now join forces with us to promote the game and realize the critical growth we need for our futures! We thank Salamander CEO & President Sheila C. Johnson and Annika Sorenstam for helping us achieve our visions together. We are proud to announce that Annika Sorenstam is now a PGA Member, too!
